I was just curious as to how many women wear a bra to sleep in.
Personally, I like to wear a wireless bra or a sports bra to bed, because my breasts feel like they are getting pushed around all the time by my arms. I canapos;t imagine wearing a bra to bed as being, "bad for you." But I have been told by my mom that it seems excessive.
That said, I am looking for some comfortable sleeping bra recommendations from women here that might share my feeling on the matter.
